About the Owners
When it comes to creating a community from the ground up, you need to start with the foundation. It’s important to partner with someone who has the experience and research necessary to assist you in your project. That’s where Patrick Ginn and Rick Williams came in.
Over time, the project grew, gaining a following in the local community and building excitement across Central Oregon. Inspired by Bend’s neighborhood-oriented NW Crossing and their own individual experiences in the city of Redmond, Rick Williams and Patrick Ginn crafted the current layout of homes, and Prairie Crossing was born.
