About the Owners

When it comes to creating a community from the ground up, you need to start with the foundation. It’s important to partner with someone who has the experience and research necessary to assist you in your project. That’s where Patrick Ginn and Rick Williams came in.

Over time, the project grew, gaining a following in the local community and building excitement across Central Oregon. Inspired by Bend’s neighborhood-oriented NW Crossing and their own individual experiences in the city of Redmond, Rick Williams and Patrick Ginn crafted the current layout of homes, and Prairie Crossing was born.

Rick is a Central Oregon local and a visionary. Currently serving as the CEO of Central Oregon Truck company, Rick’s leadership is the driving force behind the company’s continued growth and reputation as the one of the top in the industry. As a result, Rick has established strong community ties and a deep understanding of what makes Redmond so special. But his passions extend beyond trucking alone. Rick Williams has owned the land upon which Prairie Crossing was built since 2006. He could see the potential that the land, and Redmond itself, had to offer. That’s why he set out to create a community where homeowners could feel connected, grounded, and secure in the quality of their homes.

Patrick Ginn splits his time between Central Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. With over ten years of development and construction experience, Patrick has a keen eye for building communities that homeowners love. When Patrick met his wife, a practicing NICU nurse at St. Charles, Patrick started spending more time in Central Oregon. As a result, he delved deeper into Redmond’s community. This growing desire for Central Oregon’s development led to him starting projects in the City of Redmond, including Canyon Ridge.
